The passport photo editor — including image upload, cropping, background removal, sheet generation, and download — runs entirely inside your web browser using your device's own processing power. Your photo is never transmitted to, stored on, or processed by any external server. This is a technical design decision, not merely a policy one. We have no access to any image you use with the tool.

The background removal feature downloads a machine-learning model file to your browser the first time you use it. That model then runs locally on your device. Your image is processed entirely on-device.

2. Information we collect automatically

When you visit our website, we may collect standard technical information that most websites collect:

• The pages you visit on our site and how long you spend on them
