• Plain white or light-grey background with no objects.
• Neutral expression, mouth closed, looking straight at the camera.
• Head filling 70–80% of the frame (about 32–36 mm chin to crown).
• No glare on glasses; eyes must be clearly visible.
• Recent photo taken within the last six months.
